Holders of a TAR UMT diploma from any of 7 faculties can skip ahead and enter an Irish Honours degree at Year 3 (guaranteed) at one of five leading Irish universities. Your two years at TAR UMT are formally recognised, so you only need 1 to 2 years in Ireland to graduate with a full Level 8 Irish degree.
